The Speaker waived the Labor & Commerce Committee referral for                                      
the following at the request of Representative Anderson, Chair:                                     
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 64(JUD)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to a requirement that certain consumer reporting                               
    agencies provide individuals with certain information without                                   
    charge."                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
CSSB 64(JUD) was removed from the Labor & Commerce Committee                                        
and referred to the Judiciary Committee.
